Our inspectors are certified through the American Welding Society (AWS) and have years of direct industry field experience in a variety of sectors to include but not limited to Oil and Gas, Structural Steel, fabrication shops, and more. LaDel Inspection Services staff are experienced in all aspects of welding to include having personal industrial welding experience. They are experienced in the development of procedural qualification records (PQR), welding procedures specifications (WPS), and welder performance records (WPR). Our inspectors are also experienced in the dynamics of Quality assurance and quality control and have worked as both QC managers and field inspectors on the contractor side and have also worked as Client representatives. LaDel Inspectors are deeply experienced in all aspects of field and fabrication shop quality – interpretation and application of codes and client ITP’s, package development, Material traceability, weld inspection, weld tracking and mapping, turnover book preparation, pressure testing, and system turn-over (STO). This experience allows us to understand and supply services to our clients that comprehensively address all aspects and concerns that often arise. Our inspectors are also deeply involved in the growth and development of the welding industry and sit on several committees and advisory boards nationwide.
